Activation is the process to enable the use of downloaded games.
It is necessary to register the product ID before you start playing the game.

  1. The game is provided as ZIP file. Please extract it and double click .exe file to activate.
    The following message will be shown.
  2. Enter the serial code sent by email upon purchase of the game. Then, click Next.
  3. Please make sure that ‘On-line Authentication [Recommended]’ is selected to continue the registration process. Then, click Next, then the registration process will begin shortly.
  4. The activation has been completed successfully if you see the message below.

Cannot be activated?

  • If you enter the wrong serial number, the following message will be shown.
  • You are limited to activate your game up to five times with the serial number due to the copyright protection.
    After activating five times, your serial code is no longer effective and the following message will be shown.
    If you exceed the limit of the activation, please contact our customer service with your “Order ID” number.
  • The activation expires if:
    • OS is re-installed
    • any file which is related to the game is deleted
    • the hardware configuration is changed

Please contact our customer service in case you cannot activate the game after you try the steps below.

  • The activation may fail due to conflicts with the firewall and/or security software. Please deactivate them and try again.
  • The activation may fail due to the unstable network condition. Please wait for a while and try again.

Alternate activation method used for certain titles

Activation is the process to enable the use of downloaded games.

  • You are limited to activate your game up to five times with the same ID due to the copy right protection.

    If you exceed the limit of the activation, please contact our customer service with your “Order ID” number.
  • The message below will be shown if you try to exit during the activation.
  • The activation expires if:
    • OS is re-installed
    • any file which is related to the game is deleted
    • any file which is related to the game is moved
    • the hardware configuration is changed
  • If the message on the screen remains the same for more than one minute, the activation is failed.
    • The activation may fail due to the conflicts with the fire wall and/or security software. Please deactivate them and try again.
    • The activation may be failed due to the unstable network condition. Please wait for a while and try again.

The game won't run

It can sometimes be fixed by following the procedures below.

Step 1
Update the signature of the security software of the latest one.
Step 2
Set the executable so it will override the firewall in the settings.
Please refer to the manual of your security software.
Step 3
As a by-product of the activation system, there will be a file called Ider.exe created in the TEMP folder.
Set the actual executable file of the game, this Ider.exe, and the folders that these two files are located, as exceptions of the anti-virus check list.
Please refer to the manual of your security software.

When you type, “%TEMP%” in the address bar, you will be located to the TEMP folder.
Please use this method to find your TEMP folder.

  4. Version and language of your security software

  • Q. How can I pay?

  • Q. Do I need to pay membership fee?

  • Q. Can I use special characters/accented letters such as ‘ö’ or ‘ç’ in my name when I make a payment?

    A. One of the following may be the reason.
    1. Network delay
      It may take a few hours to receive the e-mail which contains the product ID due to the environment of the network. Please wait for a while.
    2. Wrong email address is registered.
      Log into “My Account” and check how you register your email address and correct it if it is wrong.
      Please contact our customer service to request to issue the Product ID. Our system does not send the email with the product ID automatically after the correction of the email address.
    3. Your purchase was incomplete.
      Log into “My Account” and check your purchase history.
      Unless you find the game in the list, the transaction is not completed. Please try to purchase it again.
    4. The email from us may be sorted into the Spam mail box.
