Yuragi
Yuragi is an ’ex-sentinel’, a retired adventurer who once swore to protect humanity from the monster menace. Specializing in defensive skills and always shielding her loved ones behind her ample bosom, she’s the real ’tank’ of the party.

She also is an ardent believer of Mother Eve, the deity who is said to have given birth to the world. Always striving to follow her teachings, Yuragi is maidenly and honest to a fault. Even her friends must admit she can be a little naive from time to time.
Kano Left-Hand
Daughter of a powerful marquess, Kano had originally been disowned by her father because of a carnal relationship she developed with a local boy. She then devoted her life to train and become a Sentinel, until all her family members suddenly died of a mysterious disease.

As the last member of her household, she had no choice but to return home and inherit the title of marquise. While Kano isn’t exactly talented in politics, she’s a proud Ranger who specializes in scouting and assassination.
Platina
Born from a female dragon and a human girl, Platina is an incredibly powerful fighter who can use both Skills and Spells. Her strength is much higher than an average human’s, proved by the oversize greatsword she uses in battle.

The half-dragon girl spent most of her ultra-centenarian life roaming the wilderness of Kalar Forest, defending it from any menace that threatened its existence. She’s a “feral girl” through and through, and she’s still struggling to properly get accustomed to human customs.
Charlotte Bronte
Charlotte Bronte (or Charl, for her friends) is the daughter of a Marquess from the Duchy of Asimoff. She studied at the Sentinel Academy alongside Yuragi and Kano, where the three girls became inseparable until an incident suddenly sent the Bronte household in total chaos…

Charl has always been a history maniac, dreaming to travel the world as an archaeologist to unravel the mysteries of the world. Her composed personality tends to change into the one of a passionate fanatic whenever somebody talks about relics or ancient legends.

It's Evenicle but again
Kazzehfuurin
I'm not quite sure how to feel about this one. In some ways I like it more than the first game, in some ways I like it less. It's more mechanically complex than the first game, but that's irrelevant. We're here for the story, not the gameplay.

As content goes, I feel like the intentionally upsetting scenes were toned down for 2. On the other hand, some of the other content in the second game delves into weird stuff. While such scenes can be skipped if they're not your cup of tea, there are more of them than you might expect.

In terms of girls, there are... quite a lot of girls in the second game. I can't help but feel like some of them end up feeling a little underdeveloped as a result.

Where by the end of 1 I had a positive opinion of all of Aster's girls, many of Alex's girls still seemed like something of an afterthought by the end of 2. Yuragi in particular always struck me as just... Ramius, but less fun. That never really changed.

It sounds like I'm disparaging the game. But the complaints in the previous paragraphs are my only issues with it. The writing is superb throughout, as is the voice acting. The secrets and twists are brilliantly presented, the humor is a hit more often than not, and the music selection is stellar. I may not know whether I like it better than the first one, but I know it's great all the same.
A Good Sequel
restricted12345
If you like the first Evenicle, you should like this game as well. Not everything that the sequel changes is for the better, but I think it's a somewhat better game than the original overall. The premise makes it seem like a standalone game, but it definitely builds off the first game, even if characters from the first game don't appear for the most part outside of short cameos.

Negatives
-slightly worse main waifu cast overall (taste may vary)
-A somewhat slower start
-Most late game side quests give no reward, even if they are fun to do for the heck of it.

Positives
+Somewhat better subwaifus (again, taste may vary)
+Much better difficulty curve if you thought the first was too easy.
+Main protagonist of Eve 2 has a more defined personality than Aster of the first game
+Charlotte Bronte's basic attack is a rocket punch.
