Great, charming little game!

I took a risk and bought this game even though some of the reviews seemed mixed, and I'm glad I did. I'm also not the kind of dude to leave reviews on an h-game of all things, but that's how charming I've found this game to be. I also acknowledge I probably sound TOO enthusiastic, but I promise I'm not paid to write this, and the game isn't perfect, but I really, really like this game a lot more than I thought I would.Specific notes:- The gameplay is simple enough to be somewhat engaging (think really basic RPG), but not so overblown that I'm spending hours grinding encounters to get the next h-scene (which is really the main reason I'm playing this versus an actual video game / RPG).- The gameplay is essentially turn-based RPG in the 'create an RPG' style game maker program. But it's honestly better / more engaging than I thought it would be, and there is even a cheat system to make it brain dead easy if you truly don't want to be bothered at all. I like the combat enough that I'm willing to engage with it. I'm making a paladin character! Again, come in with low expectations for this part of the game, but I find it totally serviceable. Afterall, this is an h-game I'm looking for, not the next final fantasy.- This is related to the first point, but I think the balance of non-porn stuff to porn stuff is well done. I'll unlock a new h-scene every 15 ish minutes maybe. Enough time to feel invested in the world and make the scenes feel more meaningful, but not so often that it feels unearned either (like some games I've played where it's like sex scenes the entire time, at that point I may as well just be watching porn). It also helps that, like I said, the gameplay between h-scenes is fine.- I think the sex scenes are pretty good. I will say, the comment about using different art styles for all of the scenes is correct and it is a little jarring that the way that characters are drawn changes somewhat from scene to scene. And although the promotional art shows the characters in drawn in an 'anime-style', the sex scenes seem to be drawn in a more 'americanized' art style, if that makes sense. But even with that said - I have still enjoyed them. I actually found myself excitedly playing to get to the next sex scene for a particular character I had just unlocked. Lastly - there is a ton of variety of types of sexual interests in the sex scenes, so most interests are probably being accounted for in some way (but I am pretty vanilla overall I guess - like I'm not into really DARK, DARK stuff like mutilation, or scat or anything. Maybe that stuff is in here, but I haven't seen it and I'm fine with that).- The story is somewhat interesting. Again, pretty standard, generic, old-school RPG kind of feel to it. It does its job fine, I'm not looking for shakespeare or the next final fantasy here, just something that is engaging enough to keep me at least a little interested between h-scenes.This is the first and probably only review I'll ever write for what is essentially a pornography game. A week ago I would probably have judged someone a little bit for liking a game like this enough to post somewhere about it. But I liked it so much I just wanted to gush about it somewhere while also benefitting the creators (hopefully), and this isn't the kind of stuff that I would ever talk about with my friends or family haha (I swear I'm a normal enough person!)But do your own research - look up some gameplay footage, what some of the art looks like for the sex scenes, and make your own choice. I loved it for ~$15, but I could also see it not being everyone's cup of tea either. My biggest complaint is I could see the art style not being consistent for the h-scenes frustrating some people, but I personally am okay with it, and the scenes still look good to me. Just go into with appropriate expectations, which hopefully this review will help with. 5/5!
