Reno
A ’Snatcher’ affiliated with the Mistilteinn Unit of the Regulatory Corps.
The Mistilteinn Unit is made up of some of the strongest members of the Regulatory Corps, and is organized into Snatcher and Dunamis user partner pairs. Snatchers have their freedoms somewhat limited by the Regulatory Corps, but Reno accepts this as a natural, obvious fact.
He gives off an aloof impression, but is an exceedingly powerful warrior. Despite his small stature, he is easily capable of incapacitating opponents with his superior reflexes. A taciturn, almost mechanical young man who always awaits orders. However, when permitted to Pillage, his body grows stronger and his personality turns wild and feral. While he still obeys whatever command he is given, he goes about completing his missions with reckless abandon.
Is currently paired with Tilt, and goes about his days dutifully obeying orders, no matter what.

Tilt Blandora
A Dunamis user affiliated with the Mistilteinn Unit of the Regulatory Corps.
A bright, optimistic rookie with a brisk attitude. Reno’s partner in Mistilteinn.
Greatly admires the unit’s current captain, Ollstatt, and ended up qualifying to join the unit through sheer hard work on her part. Greatly believes in the justice upheld by the Regulatory Corps, and believes she contributes to society by being a part of it.
One could consider her bright, sunny personality to be her trademark. She treats everyone with equal kindness, earning her great popularity among the people. In short, a hard worker who runs about energetically. Is very serious during missions, and spends her days contributing to peace and public order.
Has the power to manipulate electricity. Has a bit of a clumsy streak, and tends to electrocute Reno often.

Millialis
A mysterious civilian and a Dunamis user.
Appears out of nowhere and vanishes just as suddenly. An excitable, cheerful, and yet elusive girl. Unrestrained and freewheeling. A self-proclaimed ”genius beauty” who sticks to what she believes in. In all, a mysterious woman who gallantly passes by on a futuristic hoverboard.
She abides by her intuition at every juncture, and while it seems like she’s often playing with her opponents, she never lets her prey slip away. She’s quick-witted but acts bizarrely - and often calls herself a genius beauty, to everyone’s bewilderment.
Seems to be acting in the name of achieving some kind of goal...

Graydric
An unemployed freeloader. Also, a Snatcher.
He’s a dishonest jester, a contrarian with a nasty tongue and flippant attitude. He tends to get cocky and land himself in trouble. He’s true to his desires but easily influenced by emotion, and never knows when to shut his mouth.
Despite not being in a position where he should be picky about work, always causes problems and backs out of any job he manages to get.
Fi saved him when he was on the verge of starving to death, and they’ve been living together since.
He never works and squanders what money he does have in an attempt to get rich quick at the casino. Fi lectures him about this on a daily basis.
Graydric hates working for nothing, and always looks for the most efficient way out of any situation. He looks like he’s always joking, but when the need calls for it, he becomes a nimble anti-hero.
Tries to spend his days living a mediocre life, but bad luck seems to haunt this unfortunate man.

The local tavern’s mascot girl. A Dunamis user.
A frank, optimistic girl that lives with Gray. Her emotions show on her face easily, and so her expression changes quite often.
Has a pleasant, lovely, and energetic air about her that puts a smile on the face of everyone around her. Is poor, but is happy so long as she can live with her family. Works at a tavern in the city, where she lights up the patrons’ faces each and every day.
She’s good at cooking and sewing. She looks responsible since she takes care of a flippant person like Gray, but she’s an earnest girl who does her best at everything she tries to do. She wants to become a wonderful adult woman, and tries to make herself seem more mature than her years.
Is tragically afflicted by a disease, which lands her on the Regulatory Corps’ wanted list...

Easla Eilain
A Deeper and a Walker. A Dunamis user.
A transcendent and collected beauty who’s always frank and never minces words. Can come across as kind and friendly at first glance, but in most cases it’s a mark of her utter disinterest in other people.
A lone-wolf Deeper who excavates Relics, and earns money from her work as a Walker. Deepers usually sell the Relics they find to the Regulatory Corps, but for Easla, collecting Relics is her life’s work. As such she also takes jobs as a Walker, using her rare and powerful Dunamis to earn money. She regards it as her side gig, despite it being how she actually makes a living.
A beauty that turns heads wherever she goes, but once her curiosity kicks in she’s like a whole different person...
