This side story is overly melodramatic for my tastes, to the point of making it difficult to finish this game. I feel that it's too serious to the point of its own detriment. It should also be mentioned that this is an all-ages version for anyone who doesn't like that sort of thing. No secret characters, no hidden routes and the choices you make during the second half of this game is only to unlock cameos of other characters in the series and pointless Extra Stories. So if you're the type who looks for Easter eggs, you'd be disappointed as well. Not to mention that the cameos are characters from discs which are never released in English.If you really like Kotori, give it a shot, but I can't recommend it to anyone else. Since it's a non-canon alternate storyline, you're not missing much.
