Characters

Shiino Kirari
After graduation, she made her debut as a singer. Most of her activity has been abroad in America, and she’s become widely acknowledged by certain musical circles.
Kashiwara Sarina
She’s very ladylike with a graceful manner and a gentle personality, but a very strong core as well. After graduation she was placed in charge of one of her family’s side businesses, and she’s been doing a good job running it.
Kaguya Riho
She’s been making a living by working part time jobs while staying active as DEARDROPS’s vocalist. Compared to Shoichi, who’s been active abroad, she hasn’t been able to produce results, so she’s been feeling frustrated.
Ohba Yayoi
She’s a girl with common sense like most her age, but she refuses to make any compromises when it comes to her instrument or the band (because she can’t.) While most members of DEARDROPS are social dropouts, she’s the one and only member going to college. Still, because she spends a lot of time on the band, she’s dropped a lot of credits, and her graduation is becoming questionable.
Isurugi Chie
She was the president of the Second Literature Club with Kirari, Sarina, and Shikanosuke, and also helped keep their band together. After getting held back a year and graduating from the academy, she now has a job as a social worker.
Tamano Rimu
Rimu is a girl with a wild, cat-like personality. She wasn’t able to find a job after graduation, but she still lives happily with her mother and her stepfather Tamano. She gets along well with Sarina from the Second Literature Club.
Maejima Shikanosuke (Shikako)
The main protagonist of Kira Kira. After graduating from the academy he proceeded to a university, found a job, and now he lives an honest life. He hasn’t done anything band-related since his academy days, and hasn’t even touched his instrument since entering society.
Gonda Eiji
Though he’s gone through countless bands in the past, he’s settled in with DEARDROPS now and still performs with them. Lately he’s been trying to quit smoking, but with little success.
Suganuma Shoichi
The main protagonist of DEARDROPS. He studied the violin from a young age and went abroad in his teenage years, but he was kicked out of the orchestra after a certain incident, and finally came home. After forming and performing with the rock band “DEARDROPS”, his new comrades urged him on, and he returned to the German Orchestra he used to belong to. Now his talent with the violin has grown even more, winning him more praise than ever before.
Murakami
Shikanosuke’s best friend and guitarist in the indie band HAPPY CYCLE MANIA. A lot of people are afraid of him because of his big stature and scary face, but he’s actually a shy and gentle man.
Sakurai Kanade
She’s Live Space 696’s figurehead girl (#1). Since Riho works at the live house part-time with her, she’s spent a lot of time with Riho and started acting more and more like Riho’s guardian.
Sakurai Chika
She’s Live Space 696’s figurehead girl (#2). She’s in middle school now, but she’s grown in many ways (or so she claims).

Well, what can I say?I feel like I haven't enjoyed a visual novel like this in a long time. It's really made me remember why I love visual novels so much.I laughed, I repeated lines to myself, during a few scenes I couldn't sit still...It's just great, 5/5 and I don't give a perfect score lightly.

This game is simply awesome.

I am a huge fan of Deardrops ( especially the Riho route ) so seeing this game on mangagamer is like a dream coming true.Seriously anyone who hasn't played Deardrops or KiraKira yet should definately give it a try and after that be sure to get this game aswell since it closes up the story in an awesome way from what I've heard from japanese sources.

Loved played Deardrops, Deardrops Distortion and KiraKira and am currently playing curtaincall when I saw this on Mangagamer. I hope it'll be as awesome as I wish it to be, but I trust Overdrive. They are making such awesome VN's, hopefully Anime aswell in the future.

I just completed Deardrops. I went the Riho route and i honestly dont think ill ever change and pick someone else if i replay it. I know playing kira kira would be time well spent while i wait for the release of this game, but i dont know if i want to stray away from team deardrops since it seems to say VS in the title. I want more Shoichi and Riho in my life, so bring it on
