9) Click "My Account" to download the game.
10) Click "Download" in "Order Information" to download the game.
Activation
Activation is the process to enable the use of downloaded games.
It is necessary to register the product ID before you start playing the game.
1) The game is provided as ZIP file. Please extract it and double click .exe file to activate.
The following message will be shown.
Please select "Yes" for activation.
2) Enter your product ID which is sent by the email after you purchase the game. Then, click 'Register'.
3) The message below disappears if the activation is completed, and the game will be executed.
Cannot be activated?
1) If you enter the wrong product ID, the following message will be shown.
2) You are limited to activate your game up to five times with the same ID due to the copy right protection.
After five times of the activation, your ID is no longer effective and the following message will be shown.
If you exceed the limit of the activation, please contact our customer service with your "Order ID" number.
3) The message below will be shown if you try to exit during the activation.
4) The activation expires if
* OS is re-installed
* any file which is related to the game is deleted
* any file which is related to the game is moved
* the hardware configuration is changed
5) If the message on the screen remains the same for more than one minute, the activation is failed.
* The activation may fail due to the conflicts with the fire wall and /or security software. Please deactivate them and try again.
* The activation may be failed due to the unstable network condition. Please wait for a while and try again.
Please contact our customer service in case you cannot activate the game after you try all solutions mentioned above.
