Jun Mizushima
Jun Mizushima, the protagonist, is the leader of one of the teams in the Young Developers’ Club at his school.

He’s a huge fan of all things considered ”geeky,” including but not limited to comic books, sci-fi or fantasy stories, and video games. He’s the only child of two wealthy and prominent figures in the business world, who barely have any time for their son.

Due to one incident that happened when he was younger, Jun genuinely believes that he has special powers; one that allows him to grant any wish. But does he?
Tsumiki Toyoguchi
If looks could kill, everyone who dared steal a glance at Tsumiki Toyoguchi would be dead in a heartbeat. Despite her beauty, though, Tsumiki remains humble and down-to-earth. She often doubts her capabilities, especially her skills as a writer.

She is Jun’s longest childhood friend, having lived with his family ever since she was a child. Tsumiki lost her parents to an accident at a young age, leaving her homeless and alone, until Jun’s parents took her in. Because of this, she shows extreme gratitude towards them, leading her to take up the job of caring for Jun all the time.
Ai Takanashi
Ai Takanashi is a girl whose blank eyes hardly reflect the galaxy of creativity locked away inside her mind. She enjoys solitude and peace, above all things. She is often found just sketching on her drawing pad which she brings everywhere, or looking out into the distance, waiting for a new idea.

Despite being an established artist back in her homeland, she chose to move to Japan anonymously to try her hand out at becoming a mangaka. She dreams of creating her manga series, a far cry from the landscapes and portraits that she used to do.
Yui Kitamura
A talented guitarist and excellent singer with hair as fiery as her temper, Yui Kitamura is truly the definition of passion personified. She decided to join Jun’s team because it has always been a secret dream of hers to hear her voice and her music in a game.

Although she might seem like an arrogant bully at first, Yui can be pretty soft once you get to know her. She takes pride in everything in her life that she holds dear; be it her goals, her work, and most especially her friends.
Takahiro Fukuyama
At first glance, Takahiro Fukuyama may seem like your average classroom geek who gets top marks in all his exams. But if you look closely, you’ll see that this is exactly the case. Despite being a serious student, Takahiro enjoys having fun with his friends, especially with Yui whom he treats just like one of the guys.

He was once labeled the most talented budding programmer in their whole school, but rumors say he started slacking off once he got his later years. He plans to change that this school year, but he doesn’t know yet where to start. He joined Jun’s team for reasons that he always keeps private from everyone, including Jun himself.
Megumi Horie
Often labeled “The Worst Teacher of Higashi High, Megumi Horie is quite obviously the least desired member of the faculty. Rumors of favoritism, tardiness, and lateness smear her record in school, but nobody has been able to provide enough evidence for her to be fired from her job yet.

She’s one of the advisers from the Young Developers’ Club and is specifically in charge of Jun’s team. Despite all the rumors, she seems to be doing a pretty decent job handling the team’s affairs.
Shiro Fukuyama
Shiro Fukuyama is Jun’s adopted sister. She’s the daughter of an old friend of Jun’s parents, who died when Shiro was very young. Since he was estranged from his ex-wife and had no other family, there was no one else who could take young Shiro in. He left her in the care of Jun’s parents, who raised Shiro like their own, although they kept her original name.

In school, Shiro as ”the girl who broke a hundred hearts... and counting.” At home, though, she has a unique personality, one that’s almost unrecognizable from the façade she shows in school.

Incomplete Work of Art
Ktyou
The quality of this visual novel is questionable at best and disappointing at worst. There are elements of good things in all aspects. Music, characters, writing, plot, everything had potential, but with a lack of consistency in all parts of this visual novel, the experience becomes far less enjoyable.

There are some characters that are voiced while there are some that are not. Some characters say nothing when they're supposed to say something.

Music fades into the background and I can't remember a single piece of music. Either that means it's forgettable or it blends too well into the background.

The sprites, while high-quality, are not as varied. I feel like some emotions were not as strongly displayed as they could have been.

The voice work is kind of so-so. Some voices were awkward while others were done well. Overall, it's a so-so effort. I really do want english voices in visual novels, but I feel like this part was rushed especially.

Some scenes repeated and replayed. I don't know if it's a bug on my end or not, but I've never had a problem with this before.

Regardless of the many problems it faces, it's still an enjoyable experience. As a proof of concept work, it's got something going. Now polish and refinement is the key.
