The elder Tendo sibling is the hospital’s head nurse.

Mia Tendo is the head nurse’s younger sister and a member of the “OG Three,” veteran nurses who are feared within the hospital.

She’s a really eccentric person who’s truly unpredictable. That unpredictability causes strife for tons of people, but since she’s the apple of the all-powerful head nurse’s eye, everyone is doomed to suffer in silence.

Amamiya is a terrifying “genius” physician and Doctor of Pharmacy who is often hit with flashes of inspiration that led her to create astonishing new pharmaceuticals one after another.

Her skills are the real deal but she’s a bit off when it comes to thinking ethically. She administers the medicine she makes to patients without running any clinical trials first.

Otsuka was once a judo competitor who won many national tournaments and was endowed with a great physique and a promising career.

However, due to an injury, she retired and spent her days in a deep depression. After accepting Amamiya’s invitation to work with her, she decided to become Amamiya’s assistant.

Tachibana is the guiding light of the hospital’s young nurses.

She’s focused and reliable, with a dedication to her job that’s commendable. However, her demands for others to match her level of diligence and her tendency to overwork so hard she neglects her personal life are anything but.

Yamaguchi is one of the hospital’s young nurses.

She’s also a former delinquent, as her style, cursing, and the speed with which she resorts to violence make evident to most who meet her. However, she is reasonable and honestly isn’t a bad person. In fact, some say she’s the sanest person in the hospital.

Kurokawa is another of the hospital’s young nurses.

She’s a coward and self-deprecating, as well as unceasingly resentful—in other words, she’s a real terror. Despite how down she always is on herself, if anyone else dares to so much as slight her, she’ll harass them to the ends of the earth for revenge. She thinks of Yamada as a kindred spirit and is obsessed with him.

Numajiri is another of the feared “OG Three.”

She’ll fight you over any little mistake and belittle you with endless comments to the point you wanna rip your own heart out. She’s a creep who loves to go after people weaker than her in this way until they can’t take it anymore and start bawling. Is considering keeping Yamada as a pet.

Kiritani is the last member of the “OG Three.”

At first glance, she seems to have it together, but she was once a delinquent whose mere name sent people running. Personality-wise, she’s never changed, still leading people and standing above the rest. She’s already made a lot of the younger nurses her disciples and has turned a fair number of patients into her pets.

Hiramatsu is a newbie nurse who loooves slacking off and lazing around.

When she was Yamada’s primary nurse, she would boldly fall asleep in his room. In her eyes, having other people do all the work is always more efficient than for she herself to lift so much as a finger.

Mochizuki is a new nurse at the hospital who always tries to do the best she can, but as she’s not used to the work, she almost always fails at what she’s doing.

Her being a failure as a nurse makes her a target for Numajiri, in turn making her life an ocean of stress. She gets along well with the slacker Hiramatsu for some reason and can often be found hanging out with her.

Aizawa is a worker at the hospital’s internal convenience store, which provides her with some level of anonymity.

This anonymity conceals her true occupation—as an undercover police officer who’s there to expose the hospital’s underworld connections. She’s got a strong sense of justice and cares deeply for her comrades. She asks Yamada to cooperate with her investigation.
