Ayane
The main character’s wife.
She is the manager at the family restaurant.
When she was working as a part time waitress, the company noticed how she attracts guests into the restaurant. That’s how she became the manager at the young age of 20.
However, she has no knowledge of how to manage a restaurant, so the business is in trouble.
The restaurant’s parent company is taking it seriously too.
She can’t sit still, and she has a tendency not to think about things too much.

Maya
Ayane’s younger sister.
She is a college student. She and the main character were in the same class.
She is very innocent and can be taken advantage of easily.
She tries to hide her personality of being influenced easily by being rough, but it isn’t working too well.
She has a complex about her small breasts and her wavy hair and often compares herself with her sister.
She works as a waitress at the restaurant Ayane manages.

Awkward
Thangalang Sandwiched by my wife and her sister by Psycho has its strengths in its art but is by no means a masterpiece of story telling.
The things that managed to grab my attention were the art pieces throughout the story. The voice acting was top notch for every major and minor character introduced. There are multiple save slots that allow the player to save during the choices provided after each encounter. After ending the game, there are a few options Extra Mode which has recollections of H scenes, CG Mode which has slideshow stills of those scenes, for some reason have white circles over the explicit details for some unknown reason, and Music Mode that has the tracks played through the game. Not bad options but not great.
Here is what I didn't like about this visual novel. The translation from the native language is about average. The repetitive use six music tracks gets boring after a while. There are three endings total, but there is a very specific ending for each one. And the lack of resolution options for fullscreen 1080.
Overall, it's okay to play it once and get each ending, but due to the negative outlook it doesn't justify the price of 20 dollars. Get this for 15, 10 if you can. |
